Zine Subscription Information

Below is information about payments, shipping, personal information, and subscription cancellation in relation to paid zine subscriptions (ThriftyPunk Zine and ThriftyPunk Zine +)

Subscription Policy

Payments

  1. Payments are collected securely using Wix and whichever payment service you choose at checkout. ThriftyPunk does not have access to your payment details and can only tell when your payment has or has not come through.
  2. The payment schedule is quarterly in March, June, September, and December. If you subscribe outside of those months, your first payment will immediate and will count as your payment for the upcoming release. Then your payments will be scheduled for the first of the next payment month. If you subscribe during one of those months (Mar, Jun, Sept, Dec), but after the first, you will be charged immediately and then I will update your next payment to be billed on the same cycle as everyone else. This enables me to know who is and isn’t an active subscriber when I begin printing. 

Shipping

  1. The main shipment for each issue will go out during the month (Mar, Jun, Sept, Dec). If you subscribe after I have shipped the batch, your copy may arrive late.
  2. Outside of the main zine drops, I may occasionally send you mail, which may include ThriftyPunk updates and discounts, or writing to let you know I’ll be doing an event in your area.

Personal Information

  1. Personal information I collect includes your name, email address, and mailing address. I do not use this information except to fulfill orders or contact you about ThrfityPunk things. I do not share or sell this information.
  2. If you need to change or update the information I have on file, you can do that through your account on thriftypunk.com or by emailing me at thriftypunk@pm.me
  3. If you have subscribed in the past, I may still contact you about ThriftyPunk things. If you would like me to remove you from my mailing list/delete your personal information, please email me at thriftypunk@pm.me

Refunds/
Cancellation

  1. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your ThriftyPunk website account. If you run into issues canceling, you may reach me at thriftypunk@pm.me
  2. If you want to cancel but your payment has already come out for the month and you want a refund, refunds will only be issued if I have not already placed the print order. Please email thriftypunk@pm.me to discuss.
